Tomas D. Requejo, Esq. graduated from UCLA in 1988, and attended Loyola Law School on a full scholarship, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1993. As a law student, he was awarded the “Valerie Kantor” scholarship by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF).
